No Bakeo Shakeo Cookie Dough Balls (yields approximately 10 cookie dough balls) Serving side: 2 cookie dough balls

Ingredients:

1 scoop or 1 packet vanilla Shakeology (contact me to learn more about Shakeology)

2 tbsp raw almond butter

1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt

1 tbsp coconut flour

1/4 cup unsweetened almond, cashew or coconut milk

1/2 cup almond meal

1/2 cup gluten free baking mix

1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips until it becomes dough-like in texture. If it is too dry, add another tbsp of milk, if it is too wet, add another tbsp of coconut flour.

2. Stir in the chocolate chips and hand form small cookie dough balls about 3/4 inch in diameter

3. That’s it. It’s that simple. Pop them in your mouth and enjoy!! It is best to keep these in the freezer if they are being eaten over a series of days or a week to keep the integrity of the nutrients in the Shakeology.

And now…an elapsed photo collage of the joy of eating a no bakeo Shakeo cookie dough ball.
